Description

MarineClaw in real life

Seasonal demand hits fast.

MarineClaw keeps service notes, customer questions, and maintenance reminders from drifting.

Every missed call, slow quote, or forgotten follow-up is a chance for the customer to move on. Your Claw helps catch the request, organize the details, and remind the right person what needs attention.

Staff still make the decisions. The Claw keeps the work from disappearing.

If this feels familiar: seasonal demand, booking questions, slip or waitlist questions, maintenance coordination, vessel/customer records, service-ticket summaries, and high-touch handoffs are hard to keep organized.

MarineClaw helps by: supporting marina/charter/service FAQs, booking or quote intake, service-ticket summaries, maintenance reminders, vessel/customer profile notes, SOP lookup, review requests, and escalation rules.

Best fit: marinas, boatyards, yacht service companies, marine repair shops, charter operators, aquaculture support companies, marine construction/service teams, and waterfront operations.

Integration examples: Integration targets can include marine and marina tools such as DockMaster, Dockwa, Molo, MARINAGO/Scribble, MarinaOffice, QuickBooks, booking calendars, service tickets, email, and phone/SMS workflows. Specific integrations depend on plan access, APIs, exports, permissions, and approval rules confirmed in the Readiness Session.

MarineClaw in real life

Seasonal marine chaos gets a calmer operating layer

Marinas, boatyards, and marine shops run on timing: moorage questions, service requests, parts updates, weather, launch windows, and customer expectations.

Morning rush

Moorage and service questions are separated.

The team can see what needs a booking, what needs a quote, and what needs a staff answer.

Shop update

Customers are not left guessing.

Status notes and next-step messages are easier to organize before another phone call lands.

Peak season

The system protects follow-up.

When everyone is busy, the Claw helps keep inquiries and promises from getting buried.

Yes. MarineClaw can help capture moorage questions, organize availability or waitlist details, and route follow-up to staff.

Shipping: Full Build systems include a new approved Lenovo, HP, or Dell business-class mini PC configured for your workflow. Island Workflow prioritizes Vancouver Island businesses, but systems are available to ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Standard insured shipping within Canada is included; US/UK insured shipping, expedited delivery, special handling, duties, taxes, import fees, and any unusual delivery requirements are quoted or confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Where MarineClaw stays out

Navigation decisions, route advice for live vessels, vessel safety judgements, charter and passenger-safety decisions, customs and border clearance choices, and any distress or emergency traffic stay with the master and your regulator. MarineClaw handles charter intake, customer questions, scheduling, and admin follow-up; it does not stand in for the bridge. Full version at /compliance/.

Website connection available

Your Claw can help update your website, too

With the right website host, CMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, or admin access, Island Workflow can connect your Claw so approved changes can be drafted, reviewed, and published without waiting on a developer for every small update.

That can include FAQ changes, chatbot or assistant answers, service-page copy, product updates, lead forms, booking or intake flows, offer pages, analytics events, and private admin workflows. During Readiness we confirm access, backups, permissions, approval rules, and which changes must stay human-approved before anything is connected.

What gets confirmed after the workflow is clear

Once the business problem is mapped, we confirm the tools, access, hosting path, hardware where included, and approval rules that make the Claw safe to run.

Included hardware and shipping: every Full Build includes a new approved Lenovo, HP, or Dell business-class mini PC configured for your workflow, plus standard insured shipping within Canada. Vancouver Island handoff may be available; US/UK insured shipping, expedited delivery, special handling, duties, taxes, import fees, and unusual delivery requirements are quoted or confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Basic organizes the mess. Pro keeps things moving. Full Build supports the whole workflow.

Choose your MarineClaw setup

Every MarineClaw requires a paired Runtime package for at least 12 months. Setup builds and configures the Claw. Cloud hosting keeps it online, backed up, monitored, and available. Runtime is the working capacity your Claw uses to read, reason, summarize, prepare handoffs, and keep approved follow-up moving.

Cloud-Hosted Basic

CA$3,500 setup + CA$99/mo Cloud hosting

Organizes the work: Service, storage, repair, vessel, and marina inquiries become clean work-order summaries with vessel details and dates.

  • One main intake channel
  • Guided questions and clean summaries
  • One handoff destination
  • Basic FAQ/KB answers
  • Weekly summary
Requires a Runtime package, 12-month minimum. Runtime/API usage is not included in Cloud hosting.
Cloud-Hosted Pro

CA$6,500 setup + CA$199/mo Cloud hosting

Keeps things moving: Route service vs storage vs sales vs parts, maintenance follow-up, seasonal reminders, launch/haul-out scheduling support, and seasonal reporting.

  • 2–3 intake channels
  • Better KB/content refresh
  • Routing rules and reminders
  • Daily/live visibility
  • Light curated integrations
Requires a Runtime package, 12-month minimum. Runtime/API usage is not included in Cloud hosting.
Self-Hosted / Full Build

CA$10,500 Full Build + required Runtime

Supports the whole workflow: Full Build becomes obvious when MarineClaw needs deep service scheduling, marina systems, customer records, quote/pricing workflows, claims-sensitive workflows, or complex logistics.

  • Dedicated private Claw depth
  • Approved self-hosted hardware where included
  • Deeper integrations
  • Custom workflows
  • Broader privacy/control
Runtime package required for at least 12 months, as with Cloud setups.

Start with Readiness if unsure. We confirm whether Basic, Pro, or Full Build fits before you buy the wrong depth.
