FAQ and Helpful Tips
Start with public Suno links
IW Player for Suno Free is built for public Suno songs. Test with one public song first, confirm the player looks right on your page, then add more.
Keep one version active
Use either Free or Pro on a site, not both at the same time. If you upgrade later, deactivate Free before activating Pro.
Use shortcodes where your theme allows them
Add the player to normal WordPress pages, posts, or shortcode-friendly blocks. If a builder strips shortcodes, place the shortcode in a standard WordPress shortcode block.
Keep Free current
Download the latest free ZIP from this page when you want the newest self-serve build. Free updates can improve compatibility, but they do not include one-on-one troubleshooting.
Free means self-serve
The free plugin is provided as-is. We do not offer installation help, troubleshooting, customization, migration help, or one-on-one support for free versions.
Need support? Upgrade to Pro
Paid support is for licensed Pro sites only. If you are using Free and want support, upgrade to IW Player for Suno Pro first; then use a Pro Player Support ticket for a focused Pro problem.
