StorageClaw helps by: answering approved facility FAQs, guiding unit-size questions, supporting availability/rate rules, capturing phone/SMS/web inquiries where approved, preparing tour or reservation handoffs, supporting tenant FAQs, prompting reviews, and reporting lead/occupancy patterns.

Best fit: self-storage, RV storage, boat storage, independent multi-site storage operators, and remote or unmanned facilities.

Phone and text workflows: where your approved phone/SMS provider supports it, your Claw can help respond to missed calls, voicemails, after-hours messages, or SMS inquiries. Provider number, messaging, carrier, compliance, and usage fees remain separate from Island Workflow pricing.

Is StorageClaw only for self-storage?

No. It can also fit RV storage, boat storage, mixed storage yards, and facility operators with repeating availability and booking questions.

Does StorageClaw replace facility management software?

Usually no. It is a workflow layer for lead capture, communication, follow-up, and staff handoff around your existing operation.

Shipping: Full Build systems include a new approved Lenovo, HP, or Dell business-class mini PC configured for your workflow. Island Workflow prioritizes Vancouver Island businesses, but systems are available to ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Standard insured shipping within Canada is included; US/UK insured shipping, expedited delivery, special handling, duties, taxes, import fees, and any unusual delivery requirements are quoted or confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Where StorageClaw stays out

Lien sales, auction notices, eviction-style enforcement, and the legal notice steps tied to unpaid storage all stay with your operator and your legal advisor. StorageClaw handles inquiries, tours, reservations, payment reminders, and tenant questions; it does not run enforcement. Full version at /compliance/.

With the right website host, CMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, or admin access, Island Workflow can connect your Claw so approved changes can be drafted, reviewed, and published without waiting on a developer for every small update.

That can include FAQ changes, chatbot or assistant answers, service-page copy, product updates, lead forms, booking or intake flows, offer pages, analytics events, and private admin workflows. During Readiness we confirm access, backups, permissions, approval rules, and which changes must stay human-approved before anything is connected.

Every StorageClaw requires a paired Runtime package for at least 12 months. Setup builds and configures the Claw. Cloud hosting keeps it online, backed up, monitored, and available. Runtime is the working capacity your Claw uses to read, reason, summarize, prepare handoffs, and keep approved follow-up moving.
