About
Built for the messy middle between leads and revenue.
Most businesses do not lose opportunity because nobody cares. They lose it because the day gets busy: calls come in, staff switch tasks, notes scatter, quotes wait, customers ask the same questions, and nobody has one clean view of what needs to happen next.

Why Island Workflow exists
From BC Web Pros to Island Workflow.
Island Workflow comes from the practical web design, SEO, ecommerce, lead-generation, documentation, call-handling, and local-business marketing foundation of BC Web Pros — a Central BC / Okanagan company that worked with businesses across real estate, home building, moving, self-storage, service trades, hotels, bookings, clinics, Cannabis, growers, and owner-operated teams.
After leaving Central BC during Covid and making Vancouver Island home, the work evolved too. One reason we stopped offering traditional web design as a standalone service is that a properly trained AI agent can now build and revise a strong website quickly when it is guided by real business context. This site is part of that proof: built and iterated as a working Island Workflow system, not a static brochure.
Island Workflow keeps the web-and-lead-funnel foundation, but adds AI office systems built with OpenClaw that help businesses answer faster, organize better, follow up sooner, and keep humans in control of sensitive decisions.
Local-first, not local-only. We are based on Vancouver Island and understand Island businesses, but the Claw approach can serve any business with a fitting workflow.
Built around your tools. We look at the inboxes, calendars, forms, files, CRMs, booking tools, phone systems, and approval rules you already use.
Built with OpenClaw. OpenClaw gives the technology layer; Island Workflow designs the Claw products, workflow scope, integrations, prompts, and human-review boundaries instead of leaving it as a generic chatbot.
No black-box autopilot. The goal is useful leverage: draft, summarize, route, remind, report, and escalate while your team keeps authority.
How we think
Start where the friction is expensive.
Revenue leaks
Missed calls, slow quotes, empty capacity, weak booking follow-up, and cold leads are easier to fix when the workflow is visible.
Operational scatter
Your system has to fit the real channels, documents, roles, habits, exceptions, and approval paths your team already lives with.
Human control
Automation should make the next step clearer, not remove judgment from the people responsible for the business.
