Description

CallClaw in real life

The phone rings when everyone is already busy.

CallClaw captures the message, prepares the next step, and keeps staff in control.

Every missed call, slow quote, or forgotten follow-up is a chance for the customer to move on. Your Claw helps catch the request, organize the details, and remind the right person what needs attention.

Staff still make the decisions. The Claw keeps the work from disappearing.

Pressure: calls, voicemails, after-hours messages, and quick scheduling requests arrive while staff are busy, then disappear into voicemail or slow follow-up.

Build: call/message intake, voicemail or missed-call handling where supported, message summaries, scheduling or information link SMS, staff handoff, escalation rules, review requests, and weekly missed-response reporting.

Best fit: any business with repeated phone/message intake, appointments, callbacks, intake forms, dispatch handoffs, or after-hours response needs.

Phone/SMS integration path: CallClaw depends on an approved phone/SMS provider such as Twilio, Telnyx, OpenPhone, RingCentral, Dialpad, or a similar system. Provider number, carrier, messaging, compliance, and usage fees are separate from Island Workflow pricing.

Full Build hardware and shipping: Full Build systems include a new approved Lenovo, HP, or Dell business-class mini PC configured for your workflow. Island Workflow prioritizes Vancouver Island businesses, but systems are available to ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. Standard insured shipping within Canada is included; US/UK insured shipping, expedited delivery, special handling, duties, taxes, import fees, and any unusual delivery requirements are quoted or confirmed separately before fulfillment.

Integration examples: Integration targets can include Twilio, Telnyx, OpenPhone/Quo, RingCentral, Dialpad, Aircall, Google Voice transcript fallback where appropriate, CRM tools, calendars, and Slack/Teams handoff channels. Specific integrations depend on plan access, APIs, exports, permissions, and approval rules confirmed in the Readiness Session.

CallClaw in real life

The missed call stops being a lost customer

Call-heavy businesses know the feeling: the phone rings while everyone is busy, the voicemail waits, and by the time someone calls back the customer may already be gone.

After hours

A customer still gets a next step.

The inquiry can be captured and pointed toward the right form, booking path, or staff follow-up instead of dying in voicemail.

Busy stretch

Calls become organized context.

Name, need, urgency, location, and next action can be gathered so the team knows what to do when they come up for air.

Follow-up

Speed feels like service.

A fast, useful response tells the customer they have been heard before your competitor gets the chance.

Common questions

Can CallClaw help stop missed customer calls?

Yes. CallClaw is designed to help call-heavy businesses capture missed or after-hours inquiries and move the next step forward quickly.

Does CallClaw include phone and SMS provider costs?

No. Phone, SMS, carrier, and provider costs are separate from Island Workflow build and support pricing.

Is CallClaw an AI receptionist?

It can support AI receptionist-style intake and routing workflows, but the goal is to assist your team, not pretend humans are out of the loop.

Where CallClaw stays out

Call recording without consent, emergency call handling, voice impersonation of any real person, automated dialing outside your approved compliance setup, and contacting consumers in ways your jurisdiction restricts all stay outside CallClaw. The Claw works through your approved phone and SMS provider with the consent and disclosure rules you have in place. Emergencies are handed back to a person. Full version at /compliance/.

Website connection available

Your Claw can help update your website, too

With the right website host, CMS, WordPress, WooCommerce, or admin access, Island Workflow can connect your Claw so approved changes can be drafted, reviewed, and published without waiting on a developer for every small update.

That can include FAQ changes, chatbot or assistant answers, service-page copy, product updates, lead forms, booking or intake flows, offer pages, analytics events, and private admin workflows. During Readiness we confirm access, backups, permissions, approval rules, and which changes must stay human-approved before anything is connected.

Basic organizes the mess. Pro keeps things moving. Full Build supports the whole workflow.

Choose your CallClaw setup

Every CallClaw requires a paired Runtime package for at least 12 months. Setup builds and configures the Claw. Cloud hosting keeps it online, backed up, monitored, and available. Runtime is the working capacity your Claw uses to read, reason, summarize, prepare handoffs, and keep approved follow-up moving.

Cloud-Hosted Basic

CA$3,000 setup + CA$99/mo Cloud hosting

Organizes the work: Missed calls, voicemails, and messages become a clean callback queue with reason, contact, and next step.

  • One main intake channel
  • Guided questions and clean summaries
  • One handoff destination
  • Basic FAQ/KB answers
  • Weekly summary
Requires a Runtime package, 12-month minimum. Runtime/API usage is not included in Cloud hosting.
Cloud-Hosted Pro

CA$5,500 setup + CA$199/mo Cloud hosting

Keeps things moving: Prioritize callbacks, tag reasons, summarize trends, route urgent but non-emergency items, and produce daily unanswered-call digests.

  • 2–3 intake channels
  • Better KB/content refresh
  • Routing rules and reminders
  • Daily/live visibility
  • Light curated integrations
Requires a Runtime package, 12-month minimum. Runtime/API usage is not included in Cloud hosting.
Self-Hosted / Full Build

CA$8,500 Full Build + required Runtime

Supports the whole workflow: Full Build becomes obvious when CallClaw needs autonomous call handling, complex routing, phone/SMS provider depth, sensitive call handling, or escalation architecture.

  • Dedicated private Claw depth
  • Approved self-hosted hardware where included
  • Deeper integrations
  • Custom workflows
  • Broader privacy/control
Runtime package required for at least 12 months, as with Cloud setups.

Start with Readiness if unsure. We confirm whether Basic, Pro, or Full Build fits before you buy the wrong depth.
