Three-model runtime strategy

Runtime packages can use a router model for intent and cost control, a workhorse model for normal drafting/summaries/extraction, and an escalation or review model for sensitive, complex, or high-value requests. The goal is to improve request quality, reduce wasted tokens, and keep the client away from API billing and support headaches.

Usage and billing

Internal planning allowance remains internal; client-facing pricing is a fixed monthly managed runtime package reviewed against actual workflow volume. Includes a managed usage buffer and monthly review. If usage materially changes, Island Workflow recommends the right package adjustment before surprises become a problem.
