Three-model runtime strategy

Runtime packages can use a router model for intent and cost control, a workhorse model for normal drafting/summaries/extraction, and an escalation or review model for sensitive, complex, or high-value requests. The goal is to improve request quality, reduce wasted tokens, and keep the client away from API billing and support headaches.

Usage and billing

Internal planning allowance: roughly $100–$300+ USD/month in raw model/voice-related usage before review; telephony/SMS provider costs may be separate or bundled by quote. Includes a managed usage buffer and monthly review. If usage materially changes, Island Workflow recommends the right package adjustment before surprises become a problem.
