2. Video call when possible

We use the form to guide a focused video call where we map the workflow, risks, integrations, and highest-value starting point.

3. Recorded-answer fallback

If a call is hard to arrange, we can send the same core questions for you to answer by recorded video, audio, or written notes, then work from that.
